A frame a day - 01/18

Jack in his element.  Orange food, red hoodie, pink blanket.

My lady Chicken is laying down on the job.

Poor thing fell over in the grill.

A penny for the old gal.

This kids eats anything - almost.  Here, he decided to nosh only the sunflower butter portion of his snack.

My beautiful Mother, a few minutes before Jack came downstairs.

He jumped on her with such zeal that I thought she might be hurt.

I realized, joyfully, that she was "accepted" into Jack's world in a new way.

Suh-moovie!

Big brother leads the way.

What a beautiful day!  We went for a walk to Froggy Hollow Schoolhouse, my perfect dream classroom in a beautiful setting.  Tall shade trees in summer, the river wide, shallow, gentle and clean - perfect for enjoying with little ones.  It was cold today, but not too cold to step in the mud, dig for snails, launch stick boats and bask in the sun.  Thank you, Ms. Joelle, for inviting us!

A frame a day - 01/09

My breakfast got hijacked!  Or hiZaned, as it were.

There was a nice glamour shot, but his fork rushing in just made me happier.

Incidentally, it is a 3 egg scramble with dill, salmon, havarti and arame seaweed.

Zane ate half of it.

Okay, it's more than a frame, but it's our Sunday morning.

A frame a day - 01/07

Saturday mornings involve a lot of jumping on Daddy.

You know, to make up for all of the non-jumping on Daddy during the week.

Why, yes, I'd love a bite.

Oh, you weren't offering to eat, well, then...

What effective teeth you have!

A frame a day - 01/01

Jack is really taking to his Kazam balance bike. I've literally never seen him so happy.

Welcome 2012 and the changes you bring.

I had an ominously exciting reading from The Vertical Oracle with regards to 2012.

REALITY CHECK - Jupiter in Capricorn - An expansive vision shines its light into my structure beliefs. Right on - I could use a change in perspective. Also, I want to buy a house this year, so lots of reorganization and letting go of stuff is in order. Reevaluating my values will be instrumental in that process.

SOLITUDE - Saturn in Pisces - Dire need of spending time being still and knowing, certainly will help in my reality check. After 4.5 years of being either pregnant and/or nursing, I'd say this is right in line.

RESISTANCE - Moon in Capricorn - An emotional truth illuminates structures in my life. What a wonderful tool for me to know my heart and manifest my dreams!
